By learning the five basic leadership styles we call the fundamentals, participants in this course will begin to see how they can leverage conflict, transforming it from a negative experience to an experience of unconditional appreciation, inclusion, and respect. The facilitators for this learning experience, Phonse MacNeil and Tim Brodie, are seasoned professionals with decades of experience in operational settings.
